The My Next Phase, LLC ("My Next Phase") is committed to respecting your privacy, and we protect the confidentiality and security of all personal information you submit. Please read the following policy to understand how your personal information will be treated if it is collected on-line. This policy may change from time to time so please check back periodically.

This policy will let you know the following:

1. What personally identifiable information is collected from me?

We may ask you to voluntarily provide us with information regarding your interests, demographics, experiences and contact preferences. We use this information to assist you in planning their Next Phase and to personally tailor your experience on our site. Additionally, we use this information you provide to support your customer relationship with My Next Phase. For example, we analyze your answers to our questions to make our responses as relevant and helpful as possible. If you choose to use our for-fee services, we may require you to provide contact and identity information, billing information, shipping information and other personal information as indicated on the forms throughout the Site. On some My Next Phase web pages you can make requests and/or receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are your name, e-mail address and standard contact information, including addresses and phone numbers.

You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or purchase particular goods. Wherever My Next Phase collects personal information, we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page. Children (persons under the age of 18) are not eligible to use our web site, and we ask that children do not submit any personal information to us.

2. Who is collecting my information?

When you are on the My Next Phase site and are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with My Next Phase alone, unless specifically stated otherwise. 3. With whom does My Next Phase share my information?

The personal information you provide may be shared with My Next Phase agents, contractors or business partners for the purpose of performing services for My Next Phase. Specifically, we share this information with My Next Phase authorized facilitators and coaches only if you attend a My Next Phase telecourse, teleclass, in-person seminar or use our coaching services. We may share with these other companies or they may have access to your personal information for the sole purpose of providing services to us or on your behalf. My Next Phase may share aggregated data with others, and we may share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Terms of Access and Use, or as otherwise required by law. In the event of a merger, consolidation, or sale of some or all of the assets of our site or My Next Phase, LLC, we may also share your personal information.

Except as provided above, we will not share any of your information with any third party without your permission. In general, the information you provide will be used to support your customer relationship with My Next Phase. My Next Phase does research on our users’ demographics, interests and behavior based on the information provided to us during your use of the My Next Phase web site. 5. What does “opt-out” mean?

6. How can I access, update or delete my information?

7. What are cookies and how they are used by My Next Phase?

My Next Phase may temporarily place Internet cookies on your hard drive. Internet cookies are small files that may be temporarily stored in your computer’s memory for record-keeping purposes. Cookies are used to (a) remind us of who you are in order to deliver you better service; and (b) measure certain traffic patterns for use as a research tool to understand how our users’ habits are similar or different from one another.
